Politie Nederland zoekt een operationeel coördinator als rechterhand van de teamcoördinator. Samen met een collega operationeel coördinator stuur je dagelijks een team van ca. 25 medewerkers aan en draag je zorg voor minimaal één rol als operationeel toezichthouder.
Je toetst kwaliteit en analyseert werkprocessen. Je coacht collega’s, voert gesprekken en creëert een omgeving waarin mensen verantwoordelijkheid nemen en het beste uit zichzelf halen.
