Woonwaard zoekt een Community Builder die dagelijks in Alkmaar aan buurten werkt. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een team en werkt vanuit Sylta; je verzorgt samenwerking met bewoners en partners om leefbaarheid en participatie te versterken.
Je bouwt een informele buurtnetwerk op, faciliteert initiatieven en stimuleert eigenaarschap bij bewoners. Een HBO-opleiding in sociaal domein is vereist en ervaring met wijkwerk is gewenst.
