Travel and Expense Coordinator

Location:

Allen Park, MI
Pay Rate: $36.36/hour

Schedule:

Hybrid, 4 days per week in office

Are you a highly organized administrative professional with experience supporting business operations, travel coordination, and expense management? We're seeking a detail-oriented Travel and Expense Coordinator to support a fast-paced team by managing travel programs, expense reporting, onboarding activities, and office operations.

Job Duties
  • Process travel and expense reports to ensure timely reimbursement and policy compliance
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee travel-related questions and issue resolution
  • Assist with corporate travel card applications, tracking, and employee support
  • Monitor travel and expense processes, identify issues, and elevate concerns when needed
  • Support new hire onboarding, including equipment coordination, system access, and orientation scheduling
  • Assist with employee training administration, scheduling, and documentation
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and workplace support activities
  • Provide administrative support for special projects, events, and team initiatives
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • Experience with travel and expense systems such as Concur or SAP preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Executive support, compliance, or business operations experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
