A minimum of six months of customer service experience is essential, along with a genuine passion for helping others. Strong problem‑solving skills will enable you to address member inquiries with confidence and empathy. As an initiative taker, you should be proactive in identifying needs and finding effective solutions.

Knowledge and skills required for the position and schedule:

• 6 months of customer service experience

• Punctuality and regular onsite attendance

• Monday: 9:30 am–4:30 pm
• Tuesday: 10:30 am–3:30 pm
• Wednesday: 10:30 am–3:30 pm
• Thursday: 10:30 am–3:30 pm
• Friday: 9:30 am–4:30 pm
• * Saturday: 8:45 am–1:15 pm (rotating schedule)
