What it's like to be a Member Service Representative?

As a Part‑Time Member Service Representative at Zeal Credit Union, you'll be at the forefront of servicing our members with their day‑to‑day transactions, ensuring a seamless experience that exemplifies our dedication to customer service. Your role will include balancing your drawer accurately, opening new accounts, and facilitating loan intake. You'll have the opportunity to educate our members about our diverse range of products and services, helping them make informed decisions that align with their financial goals.

Your passion for problem‑solving and commitment to collaborative teamwork will be essential as you strive to create lasting relationships with our members, enhancing their overall experience at Zeal Credit Union.

Are you the Member Service Representative we're looking for?

To thrive as a Part‑Time Member Service Representative at Zeal Credit Union, you'll need a unique blend of skills and experience. A minimum of six months of customer service experience is essential, along with a genuine passion for helping others. Strong problem‑solving skills will enable you to address member inquiries with confidence and empathy. As an initiative taker, you should be proactive in identifying needs and finding effective solutions.

Excellent communication skills are crucial for conveying complex information clearly and effectively, fostering an engaging atmosphere for our members. Moreover, a high attention to detail will ensure that all transactions and processes run smoothly, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service.

Knowledge and skills required for the position and schedule:

  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Passion for helping others
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Initiative taker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Punctuality and regular onsite attendance
SCHEDULE:
  • Monday: 9:30 am–4:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 10:30 am–3:30 pm
  • Wednesday: 10:30 am–3:30 pm
  • Thursday: 10:30 am–3:30 pm
  • Friday: 9:30 am–4:30 pm
  • * Saturday: 8:45 am–1:15 pm (rotating schedule)
