Platform and Capabilities Systems Engineer

In this position...

You will lead the development of developing a pipeline for selected body systems capabilities at the systems engineering level, from early conceptual development through a production environment. This includes driving the development of pipeline components in a process to assess functional capabilities for reusability, robustness, compatibility and expandability, as well as managing complex components to identify gaps using AI and own through system integrations, upgrades, and migration plans.

What you'll do...

* Develop backend pipelines for Platform Systems definitions including Requirements, DFMEA, Boundary Diagrams, SysML elements, Capability Dictionaries, WiKi's

* Automate gap analysis between current and future capability requirements and actual implementation and requirements.

* Optimize current pipelines for engineering processes and determine improvements that yield faster iterations with automation.

* Create quality analysis of various artifacts used in the engineering processes using LLM.

* Lead the design of the Dev Ops process in alignment of current vehicle architectures and adapt to changes in the rapidly changing landscape of vehicle software.

* Experiment with automating the pipeline processes to include proof of concept validation simulations.

* Lead the process reviews of submits in our git repositories for the entire team.

* Integrating input of cross-functional interfacing teams needs into the pipelines output.
