Automotive Fuel Economy Engineer Vehicle Homologation & Compliance

Location:

Onsite 5 Days a week in Allen Park, MI

JD:
Responsibilities including:
" Develop and maintain project work plans including status updates.
" Coordinate with activities regarding prototype vehicle and part requirements and availability.
" Support communication and confirmation of vehicle instrumentation requirements.
" Coordinate with proving ground to execute vehicle mileage break-in.
" Perform fuel economy testing:
o Test request generation
o Data analysis
o Coordinating vehicle updates, reflashes and/or troubleshooting as required.
o Cross-functional meeting support as required
o Coordinate catalyst bench aging
" Compile and submit test and supporting documentation to EPA as needed or required.
" Support any EPA confirmatory testing.
