Management Analyst – Interior Programs
Location: Allen Park, MI - Hybrid (3–4 days onsite)
Pay: $44.50-$46.50 per hour, Paid PTO and Holidays
Position OverviewSeeking a Management Analyst to support the Ford Performance Production Vehicle Team across multiple interior programs, including Warthog, Raptor, Nightshade, Blackbird, and Convertible platforms. This role partners closely with the Program Management Team Lead to support program execution, change management, and BOM coordination across key vehicle launches.
Key Responsibilities- Provide program management analyst support for interior vehicle programs
- Support change management activities, including prioritization based on program timing
- Manage and track Bill of Materials (BOM) updates and engineering changes
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to support program milestones and deliverables
- Assist with documentation, tracking, and reporting for multiple concurrent programs

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Associate degree considered with relevant experience)
- Basic understanding of automotive interior components and BOM structure (e.g., seats, steering wheels, hard trim, decorative trim)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- 5+ years of experience supporting automotive programs
- Experience with change management and prioritizing engineering changes
- Familiarity with Ford engineering systems and processes, including:
- FEDE BOM, WERS, AIMS
- 8
Ds, GPIRs, Part Sign-Off - DVP&R, DFMEA, FMA, Six Sigma methodologies
- Understanding of GPDS deliverables
- Experience supporting new vehicle launches in a cross-functional environment
