Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned worksite. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance from the worksite. Leveraging a deep understanding of user experience principles and user needs to communicate cross-functionally, translating between UX design, business, technical, and project management domains and teams to ensure alignment of expectations and tasks.

Breaking down UX designs into Jira epic-task hierarchies, and prioritizing, allocating, and tracking those tasks to completion. Identifying meaningful functional milestones and driving cross-functional alignment to those milestones. Tracking and communicating project status and risks through cross-team alignment meetings, execution level status reports, and dashboards built in Jira and Confluence. Ensuring that HMI development is aligned to the broader strategic program milestones.
