SummaryThe Electronics Program Manager manages multiple electronics projects from award through 90 days after SOP. The role ensures that all tasks progress at a rate which will achieve the successful completion of a project that meets customer specifications, project timing, FNG processes, and financial requirements. The manager effectively communicates project status within Flex‑N‑Gate and with the customer.

- Provide project leadership in directing a cross‑functional team from concept to launch
- Meet project deliverables and all requirements, with full knowledge of customer SOW and specifications
- Effectively communicate project status and proactively manage risk
- Act as the primary interface to the customer for all project issues
- Track project costs within baseline budgets
- Develop and maintain project timing charts depicting ability to meet customer milestones
- Establish countermeasures when deliverables are at risk
- Initiate, maintain, and publish the program open issues report
- Coordinate an effective team
- Initiate review of lessons learned/best practices from other programs and document new ones for each project
- Support internal and external cost‑cutting requirements
- Maintain awareness of significant environmental aspects of own work activities and improve personal performance
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years of program management experience with electronics products
- Multiple product launch experience in the automotive industry
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or ten years of project management experience
- Knowledge of Polarion ALM, ASPICE and APQP
- Project Management Professional certification is preferred
