What you'll do...

* Lead the design, release, and delivery of Body Exterior components and systems for Ford Racing

* Manage Quality, Cost, Weight, Function and Timing (QCWFT) to support program & engineering GPDS milestones

* Work with Purchasing to source commodities

* Lead program delivery through various milestones

* Lead FSS (Full Service Suppliers) and/or other internal/external resources to deliver programs

* Assure conformance to the Ford Racing DNA all applicable Ford & regulatory requirements

* Develop innovative solutions for off-road vehicles - including design, CAE analysis, and testing

* Support issue resolution and design change management during the prototype build and launch builds

* Interface and maintain collaborative relationship with Core Body Exterior Engineering Organization

* Support current production and quality efforts

* Support cost optimization efforts
