What you will be doing:
The successful candidate will provide on-site support for vehicle electrical systems during tooling trials, pilot production, and mass production launch phases. This role involves performing systems integration activities to ensure alignment with engineering requirements.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive electrical systems preferably at Ford Motor Company.
- At least 5 years of experience with disciplined, team-based problem solving (Six Sigma preferred)
- Proven experience supporting new end of line vehicle launches and working within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Vector CAN tools, multimeters, and module software flashing
- Experience with CAN network troubleshooting, bus queries, and related diagnostics
- Familiarity with CAN log and data collection tools.
