Whatwould you do as a Branch Manager?
As a Full-Time Branch Manager you will be at the helm of our operating branch, where your strategic oversight will play a vital role in developing financial objectives and comprehensive business plans. Your expertise in budget management and fund allocation will ensure optimal resource use while you meticulously monitor all branch activities. By analyzing branch metrics you will assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
You will lead and inspire our dedicated staff, providing coaching to help them realize their potential career paths and will be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling branch personnel, and enforcing policies and procedures.
To excel in this role you must possess a Bachelor’s degree and 5‑7 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of effective team management and branch profitability. Familiarity with industry rules and regulations is essential. You should be able to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of passion and character, have excellent organizational skills for overseeing multiple branch activities and metrics efficiently, and possess experience in coaching and developing staff.
Knowledge and skills required for the position include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5‑7 years leadership experience
- Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Excellent organizational skills
- Results driven and member focused
- Experience with branch profitability, planning, sales goals, coaching and development in a financial institution such as a bank or credit union
- Knowledge and/or training, and compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to BSA/AML/OFAC
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, customer service skills and attention to detail
