Material Flow Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Material Flow Engineering, related degree; or foreign equivalency degree, or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
• 2 or more years of materials experience
• Must be willing to travel

• Demonstrated experience working with all levels of the organization
• Experience working collaboratively on teams and driving
• Demonstrated leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
• Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment
• Tenure working in the automotive industry
• Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Access)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Validated functional expertise in material flow
• Strong understanding of lean material flow strategies & lean manufacturing processes

This role offers the opportunity to drive the design and development of next‑generation material flow strategies for our iconic F‑Series manufacturing plants. You won’t just be planning—you will play a hands‑on role in facilitating the launch and execution of these strategies as the program moves toward production.

• Manage the flow of materials through the facility to support production flows within the production and warehousing operations
