About the Role

The Assembly Worker plays a crucial role in the accommodation and food services industry by ensuring that all assembly tasks are completed efficiently and accurately to support daily operations. This position involves assembling various components or products that contribute to the overall quality of producing high‑end commercial coffee machines. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards to maintain a high level of service and operational excellence.

The Assembly Worker collaborates closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of assembly processes and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and assemble components.
  • Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and perform repetitive tasks safely and effectively.
  • Previous experience in assembly work within a production facility.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to assembly tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble various mechanical, electrical, or sub‑assembly machine components at a designated station.
  • Use hand and power tools such as electric drills, tape measures, and torque drivers.
  • Inspect assembled products for quality and functionality, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Overtime required as needed.
