Nurse - LPN or RN (Day Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Allen Park. The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality nursing care to patients during the day shift, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and post‑care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

• Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
• CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
