Job Summary: The Bilingual Retail Sales Associate provides excellent customer service and sales support in an AT&T authorized retail environment. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English and a commitment to delivering a high‑quality shopping experience for customers seeking devices, plans, and accessory upgrades.

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history and success in retail sales or customer‑facing business
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours each week, including standing, traveling to local events, and setting up/tearing down displays
