Maintains a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers at Store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.;
Deters theft by displaying command presence and monitoring for theft indicators.;
Minimizes operational shortage by improving processes and training Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.;
Collaborates with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention to comply with directives and communicate theft indicators.;
Performs other duties as assigned to support Loss Prevention initiatives.
