LR Management is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician in Michigan to join a fast-growing team. You will perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and respond to resident service requests for apartments, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and HVAC tasks.
Qualified candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED and weekend/on-call flexibility are required.
