Travel And Expense Coordinator Position
Purpose:
Provide support and serve as backup to the Travel and Expense Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Travel & Expense email inbox, providing timely and effective support
- Handle travel and expense inquiries, including changes and cancellations, in accordance with company policy.
- Assist with the administration and oversight of the Corporate Card program
- Serve as a liaison with our Travel Management Company (TMC)
- Manage and secure hotel contracts for local Field Support Centers
- Oversee and support the use of our travel booking tool (Trip Source), including troubleshooting user issues
- Conduct ad hoc Trip Source training sessions for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage hotel room blocks nationwide for company events, acquisitions, and other miscellaneous travel needs
- Provide travel support for special circumstances, including executive travel and candidate interviews
- Make travel-related purchases using a corporate card and reconcile charges accurately and on time
