Receptionist Accounting Office

express in allen tx is seeking a receptionist for an accounting firm in mckinney tx. This is a temp to hire role. This is not a remote opening. You will actually have to go to an office and work each day. Mon to friday 8am-5pm.

• customer service: this is a busy office during tax season, and at times customers may be a little testy on what their return may be.
• dress & appearance: professional appearance. Client facing role. No blue jeans, flip flops, or t shirts. No visible tattoos or alternative piercings.
• phone: must be able to answer the phone in a pleasant tone, and direct conversation to appropriate team member.
• appointment setting: consistently setting appointments in ms outlook for team members.
• filing: accurately keeping physical and digital files in order.
• time keeping: totaling hours of office and individuals for accurate billing to clients.
• administrative: control all of the above, and assist office manager with extra duties (e.g., dropping mail off after work).
• driver license: a valid driver's license is necessary for this opening with proof of minimal liability coverage.

please note: do not apply if you need the month of april off for "any" reason. This is a tax accounting office and april is tax seasons busiest time. No time off in april!!!
