Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour

The Cave Realty Team is looking for a reliable, organized, and adaptable individual to join our Operations Team as a Part‑Time Runner / Administrative & Marketing Assistant.

This role supports both our clients and internal team through a mix of field work, administrative support, event coordination, marketing support, and listing operations. The person in this role helps keep day‑to‑day operations moving and supports the team in delivering an excellent client experience.

No two days are exactly the same. This position works best for someone who enjoys variety, communicates professionally, stays organized, is comfortable with technology, and takes ownership of getting things done.

Responsibilities
  • Perform 3D home scans for MLS listings
  • Process scans including room measurements, photo selection, and highlight reel creation
  • Deliver, install, and retrieve signs, lockboxes, keys, and listing materials
  • Prepare and deliver listing and client packets
  • Deliver client checks and documents as needed
  • Meet vendors at properties and provide access when needed
  • Assist with team and client event planning, coordination, setup, and support
  • Help create basic marketing and client materials such as postcards, flyers, event pieces, holiday cards, and other simple designs
  • Assist with client appreciation touches, mailers, invitations, and event‑related communication
  • Help organize basic marketing materials, event supplies, and client‑facing pieces
  • Support office administrative and operational tasks
  • Help maintain inventory of signs, lockboxes, and materials
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects and errands as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Friendly and professional communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented and dependable
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with computers, online platforms, and learning new systems
  • Comfortable using or learning design tools such as Canva or similar programs
  • Creative mindset with an eye for clean, professional presentation
  • Comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, agents, and team members
  • Able to take direction, ask good questions, and follow through without needing heavy supervision
  • Responsive to email, phone, and text communication
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Laptop available for office/admin work preferred
Schedule & Compensation
  • Typical schedule:

    20–25 hours per week
  • Opportunity for additional hours during busier seasons, up to approximately 35 hours per week

This position is part‑time to start, with the potential for growth into a full‑time role over time based on business needs and performance.
