Senior Revenue Manager Vision 360 & Innovation

You are not just a yield manager. You pilot the global performance of complex assets, integrating innovation, strategy, and leadership.

Your playground
  • Large establishments: resorts, European capitals, boutique hotels with high stakes, large‑scale hotels, chains or independents
  • Complex environments requiring a strong mastery of hard skills (forecasting, pricing pilotage, strategic action plans, etc.) and soft skills (influence, leadership, decision‑making)
  • An approach of Total Revenue Management: working on a cross‑service vision of Sales, Digital Marketing,
Your impact
  • Transform data into strategic decisions with high leverage

  • Optimize distribution and actions with a bottom line logic

What we are looking for

A senior profile capable of combining analytical excellence and leadership, who likes to challenge themselves, with a real appetite for innovation and the transformation of revenue practices.

Profile

Profile sought:

  • Bachelors degree +5 in hotel management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in revenue management
  • Developed analytical capacity to interpret financial data and market trends
  • Autonomy in managing revenue activities of different establishments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to pilot strategies by involving all hotel teams
  • Synthesis skills and presentation ability
