Supply Chain NPI Project Manager
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, including lifecycle planning, execution, and monitoring to meet business needs and internal metrics. Key duties involve identifying and mitigating project risks, leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and supply continuity, managing project resources and escalations, and preparing all necessary documentation and status updates for stakeholders. The position requires strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties.
Responsibilities- Analyze, plan and execute project lifecycle management with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements meet business needs and internal metrics.
- Identify gaps and risks in the overall engineering qualification and provide mitigation plans to avoid delay in the project implementation.
- Lead cross‑functional (internal & external) meetings to ensure project completion on time without impacting supply continuity.
- Plan, execute and monitor new projects to ensure all obligations are met; coordinate projects, establish and manage interdependencies.
- Support supplier performance evaluation and improvement initiatives related to project responsiveness and supportability.
- Prepare project documentation and presentations for status updates and project steering committee meetings and related project meetings.
- Manage project resources, resolve issues and escalations, and manage change‑management expectations during the project.
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders of assigned systems/projects.
- Competencies in planning, supplier management, customer/stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership, excellent analytical skill set and a strategic thinker.
- Excellent communication and people skills to drive projects and work with various levels of management internally and suppliers.
- Good understanding of BOM structures and supply chain touch points.
- Proficiency in Google Suites.
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment and work independently.
Target Base Salary Range: $65,900 - $85,000
