PHILLIPS HOME IMPROVEMENTS is seeking an energetic, Spanish-speaking, problem-solving, results-oriented Residential Remodel Installation Manager to run our Production Department, ensuring that customers are 100% WOWed, budgets are met and projects are turned in a timely manner when we serve their painting (interior and exterior), gutter, roofing, window, garage floor coating and carpentry needs.

• Experience as a Residential Remodel Project Manager

• Income of $55-$70K base depending upon skills and experience, plus monthly performance-based incentives and overrides after the first 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays as needed
