Role

Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Associate to support day-to-day inventory and fulfillment operations within the Collector Fulfillment Department. This role is responsible for helping ensure inventory is received, stored, tracked, prepared, and fulfilled accurately and efficiently. The Inventory Associate will support key workflows across inventory movement, cycle counting, order preparation, product handling, quality checks, and exception resolution.

This role will partner closely with Inventory Supervisors, Senior Inventory Associates, Collector Fulfillment Associates, Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, and other cross-functional teams to help maintain inventory accuracy and deliver a high-quality collector experience. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable working with inventory systems, and committed to accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment.

What You’ll Do Inventory Operations

Support daily inventory activities, including receiving, putaway, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, product movement, and fulfillment support.
