You join our Client Experience team within the Development Directorate, which is looking for a Customer Experience Manager, for an alternation of 1 or 2 year from September 2026.

The team, made up of 7 employees, is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting sales representatives in business development.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

• Ensure the respect and quality of customer commitments;
• Process customer requests;
• Contribute to the improvement of processes in order to optimize the customer journey.
