The Endodontic Dental Assistant through HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC will support the endodontist in providing exceptional dental care to patients. The role involves assisting with endodontic procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The position is full-time and requires a TSBDE Registered Dental Assistant certification. While previous endodontic experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a commitment to learning and excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the endodontist during various endodontic procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
- Manage patient records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Educate patients on post‑procedure care and general oral health practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized dental operatory and work area.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide high‑quality care and service.
- Stay updated on the latest endodontic techniques and technologies through continuous education and training opportunities.
- Education: TSBDE Registered Dental Assistant
- Experience working as a dental assistant in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using dental office software and technology
- Previous endodontic experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Experience in assisting with root canal procedures
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols specific to endodontics
Skills and Abilities
