• Days: Tuesday through Friday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)

  8:15 AM – 4:30 PM
• Morning Huddle: 8:15 AM daily (We start our days aligned and prepared as a team)

• Pay: $50.00 per hour

We keep our practice running smoothly with up-to-date systems. Familiarity with these is a major plus:

• Open Dental (Practice Management Software)
• Flex Software (Patient Communication & Engagement Integration)
• Dexis (Digital Imaging)
• iTero Scanner (Digital Impressions & Wellness Scanning)

• Deliver exceptional, personalized clinical care and patient education.
• Manage well-paced appointment times designed for quality care:
• 60-minute Recall appointments
• 90-minute New Patient appointments
• 90-minute 1/2 Mouth Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) blocks
• Proficiently assist in diagnosing periodontal disease by utilizing AAP Staging and Grading guidelines.
• Take high-quality, diagnostic digital X-rays utilizing Dexis to ensure accurate clinical assessments.
• Perform routine iTero digital scans for patients once a year as part of our comprehensive Wellness Scan protocol.
• Accurately document patient charts, treatment plans, and notes within Open Dental
  .
• Utilize Flex Software for seamless patient communication, digital forms, and patient engagement tracking.
• Participate actively in our daily 8:15 AM morning huddle to ensure a smooth daily workflow.
• Maintain the highest standards of infection control and sterilization.

• Valid State Dental Hygienist License (RDH).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical background with expertise in periodontal classification (Staging and Grading).
• Strong skill set in capturing clear, high-quality diagnostic radiographs.
• Experience with digital scanning (
  iTero ) for wellness tracking or impressions is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Open Dental
  , Flex
  , and Dexis is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a reliable work ethic.
