Associate Dentist

Allen, Texas | Tuesday–Friday | Approximately 30 hours per week

All Smiles Dentistry is an established, independently owned private practice in Allen, Texas. We are seeking an experienced general dentist who wants a long‑term professional home, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and efficient dentist who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry and is comfortable leading the clinical day. Our associate will have an established patient base, an experienced support team, modern technology, and access to the owner doctor for consultation and mentorship when desired.

This is not a corporate or high‑pressure environment. We are looking for a dentist who values quality care, ethical treatment recommendations, productivity, teamwork, and long‑term patient relationships.

• Approximately 30 clinical hours per week
• Established patient base and existing treatment opportunities
• Experienced clinical and administrative support
• Owner‑operated practice with direct communication and support
• Modern technology, including digital scanning, CBCT, and AI‑assisted radiographic evaluation
• Opportunity to perform a broad range of general dentistry

• Compensation of 30% of adjusted dentist production

• Diagnose and provide comprehensive treatment for adults and children
• Perform restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, extractions, removable prosthetics, and other general dental procedures
• Maintain an efficient clinical schedule while providing attentive, ethical care
• Present treatment clearly and help patients understand their options
• Work collaboratively with the clinical and front‑office teams
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
• Provide continuity of care and build long‑term patient relationships

We are looking for someone who:

• Has clinical experience outside dental school
• Can confidently manage a full general dentistry schedule
• Works efficiently without compromising the quality of care
• Is comfortable practicing with considerable day‑to‑day clinical independence
• Communicates well with patients and team members
• Makes ethical, patient‑centered treatment recommendations
• Is dependable and interested in a stable, long‑term position
• Takes ownership of patient care and follows treatment through to completion
• Values teamwork and treats staff members with professionalism and respect

Experience with molar endodontics, clear aligners, Fastbraces, implants, oral surgery, or other expanded procedures is valuable but not required. We are more interested in finding an excellent general dentist with sound judgment, strong fundamentals, and the desire to continue expanding their skills.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Current professional liability insurance
• Current DEA registration and required certifications
• At least four years of general dentistry experience preferred

The dentist joining our practice will not be treated as a production number. You will have the freedom to use your clinical judgment, develop relationships with patients, and become an important part of an established private practice.

At the same time, this position requires someone who is ready to function confidently and efficiently. The owner doctor will remain available for collaboration, but the associate should be capable of independently managing the clinical schedule and making appropriate treatment decisions.
