Required Skills:

• Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN)
• Active Texas Medical License and DEA certification
• Proficiency in outpatient obstetrics and gynecological care
• Experience with gynecological surgeries, including D&C, ectopic pregnancies, and Cesarean sections
• Comfortable providing 24/7 emergency obstetric and gynecological coverage
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
• Excellent communication and patient management skills

• Surgical first assist certification for Nurse Midwives (CNMs)
• Experience with high-risk pregnancies and complex obstetric cases
• Familiarity with innovative tech platforms for patient engagement
• Prior experience in a high-volume clinical setting

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in OB-GYN practice
• Proven track record in surgical procedures related to obstetrics and gynecology

• Willingness to participate in a 12-hour night shift (5x8-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00)
• Responsibility for on-call duties covering 24/7 emergency cases, including labor and delivery, bleeding, pain management, and high-risk conditions
• Must be comfortable with surgical procedures such as D&C, ectopic pregnancies, and C-sections
• Willingness to travel as needed; full travel, airfare, lodging, and car rental covered
