Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Allen, TX, for a Co‑Lead PreK Teacher. The Co‑Lead PreK Teacher will provide guidance and instruction to young learners in a PreK classroom, ensuring a balanced educational experience through structured and play‑based teaching methods. Responsibilities include planning and implementing lesson plans, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, observing and assessing students’ progress, collaborating with parents and colleagues, and adhering to health and safety standards.

The Co‑Lead Teacher will also support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children while maintaining a nurturing atmosphere.

Qualifications
  • Experience in classroom teaching, child development, and early childhood education practices
  • Skills in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and activity facilitation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with parents and team members
  • Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
  • Relevant certifications in early childhood education or teaching;
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
  • Experience in a licensed child care center or preschool environment is a plus
