We are looking for private music instructors who share this philosophy and can make music lessons accessible and affordable to as many people as possible, believing that music education is essential to making the world a better place.

We are hiring private music instructors, especially for Voice, and need teachers who can meet students in their homes, in their own studios or rehearsal spaces, or via webcam. While we do offer webcam lessons, the majority of our students prefer in-person lessons, so we need local instructors who can host students or are willing to travel within the Allen, TX area.

The position is independent contractor, paid $20–$30 per hour based on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate. Instructors have the freedom to set schedules and curricula, while the company handles advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing.

Ideal candidates are great with kids, love teaching, maintain good communication with our office, and are organized and punctual for all lessons. Formal music training is not mandatory; however, a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience is required.

COVID‑19 precautions:
Although some students are comfortable with webcam lessons, most prefer in‑person instruction. Instructors must wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when applicable.
