We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Software Engineering Manager to join our team. As an Engineering Manager, you will drive the overall team vision, empower the team and ensure a culture of inclusive and diverse thinking. You will inspire engineers to push the boundaries of what is possible, and will be passionate about what Resi Media can do to deliver the highest quality streaming experiences.

• Compensation Range: $145,152 - $167,731

Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Project Management

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Work with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Technical Oversight

• Ensure the quality and integrity of the software development process.
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and architectural oversight to the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Recruitment and Team Building

• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new team members.
• Build and maintain a high-performing and motivated engineering team.

Performance Management

• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
• Support professional development and training opportunities.

Communication

• Facilitate effective communication within the engineering team and with other departments.
• Report project status, issues, and risks to upper management.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration for successful project delivery.
