PLC Programmer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer with experience in Ladder Logic, Allen-Bradley PLCs, and Rockwell Automation software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning control systems for industrial automation projects.

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Ladder Logic, primarily for Allen-Bradley (RSLogix
  5000, Studio 5000) platforms.
• Design and implement control systems for manufacturing or industrial processes, including HMI integration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define control system architecture and I/O requirements.
• Program and configure Rockwell Automation hardware such as Control Logix, Compact Logix, Panel View HMIs, and VFDs.
• Perform system testing, simulation, and commissioning at customer sites as needed.
• Provide technical support during system installation and startup.
• Maintain and update system documentation including wiring diagrams, ladder logic diagrams, and user manuals.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience programming Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Proficient in Ladder Logic and experience with Studio 5000, RSLogix 500/5000, and Factory Talk View.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (Ether Net/IP, Device Net, etc.).
• Experience with SCADA systems and HMI development is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
