Senior Analog Design Engineer

Overview

This is a unique opportunity to shape the technology and design strategy for a new family of analog power products at Cyient Semiconductors. As the Analog Design Director, you will not only drive the development of critical analog IPs but also play a key role in defining the direction of technology, design methodologies, and long-term roadmap for our product roadmap.

Job Location s: Allen, TX or Raleigh, NC

• Manage design activities including managing a team of analog designers, execution strategies and budgets
• Direct the design of analog power blocks including power conversion blocks, drivers and protection circuits
• Define and implement the design strategy for a new product family, influencing technology and process choices, design flows, and IP reuse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between system requirements and circuit-level implementation.
• Own the full design cycle from concept through silicon validation and production ramp.
• Direct the team on advanced simulations and modeling to ensure robust performance across process, voltage, and temperature corners.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to translate market needs into technical specifications.
• Build, mentor and guide junior engineers to expand team

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in analog IC design with a focus on analog power
• Proven leadership in developing and launching analog products from concept to production.
• Deep understanding of CMOS, BCD, or HV process technologies
• Experience with ESD protection, latch-up prevention, and reliability analysis.

• Knowledge of digital design methodologies and flow
• Knowledge of mixed-signal integration and system-level design.
• Hands-on experience with lab validation and silicon debug.
• Understanding of wide bandgap semiconductors and high voltage isolation
