Position: Electrical Power Project Manager (Switchgear, Transformers)

Electrical Power Project Manager (Switchgear, Transformers)

As a Project Manager, you will lead integrated delivery projects, collaborating across departments to keep projects on schedule and on budget. You will be part of a company that emphasizes safety, continuous learning, and a healthy work-life balance.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience in skilled trades.
  • Mission critical electrical & mechanical power distribution system experience (generators, switch gear, UPS, PDU, transfer switches, e.g., ATS/STS).
  • At least five years of experience in MEP or Electrical Power design, construction, or maintenance, with a strong electrical focus. Hyperscale Data Center experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of mission‑critical electrical power distribution systems and mechanical systems.
  • Hyperscale data center construction experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills to resolve technical and project‑related issues effectively.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.
  • Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise up to five team members, providing consistent feedback and support.
  • Lead, coach, and develop junior teams and ensure policy compliance in partnership with HR.
  • Identify training needs and work to address them collaboratively.
