Project Manager, Operations Management

Actalent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a major Oil & Gas field development initiative within the Red River Development Program. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project delivery of surface facilities, ensuring successful execution from FEED through construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities include:

Manage project execution through engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Own overall project budget and AFE management. Manage schedule performance and recovery planning. Direct EPC, engineering, and construction contractors. Coordinate project controls, procurement, supply chain, engineering, and construction teams. Maintain project reporting and stakeholder communications. Support regulatory compliance and reporting requirements. Drive safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred. 10+ years of Oil & Gas experience. 5+ years of Project Management experience. Experience delivering capital projects from FEED through commissioning. Experience managing EPC contractors. Strong budget, schedule, and stakeholder management experience. EOR, CCS, or CO₂ experience preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of Allen, TX.

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $120.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a hybrid position in Allen,TX.
