We are looking for a Supply Chain Finance Director for KONE Americas based in Allen, TX
. The role requires strong business partnership skills, financial acumen, and supply chain expertise to drive cost competitiveness and efficiency across the organization.

• Act as a business partner for leaders, providing insights for decision‑making on cost competitiveness of products and supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct business analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and target setting.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain leaders on make/buy decisions, sourcing strategies, and investments.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of supply chain processes including logistics and inventory management, along with financial planning, forecasting, and costing.
• Prepare and review monthly reporting, P/L statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and key performance indicators.
• Help operational teams understand the dependencies between company performance and key operational processes and metrics.
• Promote a high‑performing and inclusive culture that supports team development.

The Supply Chain Finance Director will combine expertise in supply chain management with financial oversight and leadership, working closely with supply chain, operational, and finance leaders in KONE Americas to ensure cost‑effective supply chain activities that align with KONE’s strategic objectives.

Annual Base Pay Range: $183,800 – $241,185. Target incentive bonus of 25% of base with a 70/30 payout based on company and individual goals.
