The role is crucial in supporting DC business controllers in collecting indent account receivables.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking a dynamic role with broad cross-functional and cross-divisional cooperation.

- Act as project manager to drive and monitor the execution of proactive action plans aimed at reducing obsolete inventory, in collaboration with Planning and Marketing.
- Perform monthly credit management activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Design and implement Global SCX policies and procedures for indirect sales through DCs, ensuring full compliance with Epiroc standards (including customer creation, credit limit setup, and coordination of AR collections with customer owners).
- Oversee and calculate monthly bad debt provisions for DCs, obtain write‑off approvals, and issue recharges to the respective organizations.
- Ensure that customer contracts are properly executed and that agreed terms and conditions are adhered to at DCs.
- Ensure that indent sales incoterms are favorable to Epiroc and aligned with global policies.
- Support the order fulfillment team with financial instruments, required documentation, and receipt processes.
- Provide monthly reports to divisional and business area management covering both key areas of responsibility.
- You are a collaborative and proactive individual who thrives in cross‑functional environments.
- You communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and bring strong analytical skills to identify, propose, and implement process improvements.
- You are well‑organized, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. Strong presentation skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high ethical standards are essential.
- 10 years of experience in controlling, finance, or accounting combined with a degree in Business, Finance, project management or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools is essential, along with a good understanding of supply chain processes.
