We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Business Manager to join our team in Allen, TX. This is a part-time, hybrid role offering 25 hours per week with a consistent morning to early afternoon schedule.
- Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
- Schedule: 25 hours/week (Morning/Early Afternoon)
- Location: Hybrid (Allen, TX office + remote flexibility) (ability to visit other offices in living situation)
- Operations & Finance: Assist in overseeing daily operations, monitoring budgets, and supporting revenue cycle management.
- HR & Benefits: Coordinate HR processes and manage employee benefits programs.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate financial records, provide general office organization, and ensure strict compliance with company policies.
- Strategic Support: Assistant leadership team and Clinic Coordinators on operational decision-making and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for managing schedules, office coordination, and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, clients, and external partners
- Experience with problem-solving, decision-making, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies
- Working knowledge of office software and tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office or comparable platforms
- Ability to work both remotely and on-site and adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in mental healthcare settings or familiarity with mental health services is a plus
