As we expand our services in new and existing markets, we're looking for a Regional Director of Operations who shares our values of being Trustworthy, Capable, Compassionate, Proactive, and most importantly, Called to serve patients in their home. The Regional Director of Operations is a key leadership role within the region assisting branch leaders to achieve company goals, census growth, employee relations, business trends, and ensuring that company policies and standards are being met by each branch in your region.

In this role, you will set the direction and lead Administrators within your region, working alongside them to ensure they develop professionally. As a leader, you know the best thing you can do for your employees is to help them love their job.

As The Regional Director Of Operations, You Will
  • Oversee the administrative, financial, and staffing operations of the region
  • Foster the branch culture of caring through teamwork and accountability
  • Inspire branch leaders to best recruit, hire, develop and retain great team members
  • Provide training to Administrators and Branch Directors to ensure compliance and implementation of plans and processes to maintain the region's productivity and profitability
  • Partner with sales to grow the region and fully support the growth objectives

Experience To Deliver On Our Mission
  • Current RN License, valid state driver's license, and reliable transportation
  • A bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably within Home Health or Hospice
  • Knowledge of business and fiscal management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards
