• Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting in Allen, TX,

• AM shift, 8 hours per day,

• Uses InSync for documentation and charting,

• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Texas (compact license accepted at start, but full state license must be obtained during assignment),

• SSN required for consideration,

• 1 professional reference required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility as a PRN or permanent employee must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year to be eligible to return as a traveler,

• License required if applicable
