Child Autism Therapist; Bachelors Degree

Action Behavior Centers is hiring caring people to help children with autism build communication, social, and independence skills.

Schedule:

Monday—Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (predictable daytime hours, no nights). Optional Saturdays may be available based on patient needs.

Location(s): 919 Medical Drive, Suite 1200 Allen, TX 75013; 885 Junction Drive, Allen, TX 75013.

Start Date:

Immediate.

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and sit/stand/crouch/frequently get on/off the floor
• Maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset; may occasionally help support a nearby clinic if additional coverage is needed

• Bachelor’s degree: $16.50 – $25.50 per hour
• Master’s degree: $17.50 – $27 per hour

Behavior Therapists may advance into roles such as Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
