Current Client Opportunity

We are currently seeking a caregiver for:

  • Male patient in Allen, TX
  • Schedule:

    7 days a week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (multiple caregivers may be assigned)
  • Care Needs:
    Assistance with ADLs and ostomy bag care/cleaning
  • Environment:
    Small dog in the home

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services tailored to each client’s needs
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
  • Perform ostomy care and bag cleaning per care plan and training
  • Assist with:
    • Meal preparation and feeding
    • Light housekeeping and linen changes
    • Transportation to appointments and errands
    • Outdoor activities and shopping
  • Support client mobility (active and passive exercises) per care plan
  • Observe and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing
Requirements
  • Minimum of one (1) year of caregiver or home care experience
  • Experience with or willingness to be trained in ostomy care
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current CPR certification
  • Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
  • Comfortable working in a home with a small dog
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.)
