* Job Summary:

** The Referral Coordinator will provide support to all Methodist Medical Group (MMG) clinics, referral department management, staff and ongoing referral network development strategies. The Referral Coordinator will serve as a reserve point of contact into the Methodist Medical Group clinics as it relates to incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and follow up calls related to coordination of care.

* Education:

*** High School Graduation or GED
* Associate’s Degree or higher, preferred
** Licenses and/or

Certifications:

*** Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent, preferred

* Work Experience:

*** 5 or more years of professional medical experience in a practice setting, preferred
* Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
** Related Work Experience and Other

Skills:

*** Strong EMR/HER and Microsoft Office experience, preferred
