As a Caregiver for Quadriplegic Clients with SYNERGY Home Care of Allen, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with quadriplegia. About the Role:As a Caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, compassionate care to individuals in their homes. This may include:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and social interaction
- Assisting with mobility and transferring clients
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes in client condition
- Provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes
- Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
