We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY Home Care of Allen, where we pride ourselves on building connections and forward momentum in people's lives. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients, providing compassionate and professional care in their homes.
Caregiver will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
• Helping clients with meal preparation, household chores, and light housekeeping
• Encouraging socialization and engagement through activities and conversations
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of client care and services provided

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts
