• Provide home care therapy under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

• Part-Time position available

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The visit rate for this role ranges from $45-54 per visit. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

• Active PTA license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
