PRN Caregiver – Assisted Living/Memory Care

What Would You Do as a Caregiver?
As a Caregiver in our assisted living community, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents receive the care and support they deserve. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Providing compassionate care, companionship, and emotional support to our residents.
- Assisting residents with mobility and ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health, behavior, or overall condition to the appropriate team members.
- Following individual care plans and facility policies to provide consistent, quality care.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.
- Working collaboratively with the nursing team and fellow caregivers to meet residents' needs.
- Treating every resident with dignity, respect, patience, and kindness.

Flexible PRN Shift Opportunities
We are seeking a PRN Caregiver who is available to work various shifts as needed. Our available shifts include:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
The ability to work different shifts based on staffing needs is preferred. PRN scheduling will be based on facility needs and your availability.
Are You a Good Fit for This Caregiver Position?
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and creating a positive experience for our residents. Qualified candidates should have:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, if required by facility policy.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to follow instructions, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain resident safety.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to complete required documentation.
- A dependable, professional, and positive attitude.
