Infinite us Home Healthcare P.C., dba Cura Care Connect Staffing, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrator to oversee agency operations and ensure full compliance with Texas home‑health regulations.

POSITION: Administrator

Reports To: Agency Owner

SERVICE AREAS: DFW

Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise Counties.

Position Summary

The Administrator provides executive oversight and operational leadership in accordance with Texas regulations and agency policies. In this role, you will manage daily operations, support clinical and administrative staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the highest standards of quality, documentation, and service delivery. You will serve as the primary administrative authority responsible for agency performance, workflow, and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily agency operations and administrative workflows. E

  • Ensure compliance with Texas home‑health regulations, licensing requirements, and agency policies.

  • Support clinical leadership with staffing, scheduling, and operational coordination.

  • Review documentation, policies, and procedures for accuracy and regulatory alignment.

  • Lead onboarding, training, and performance support for administrative personnel.

  • Monitor agency performance, quality metrics, and operational outcomes.

  • Coordinate with the Clinical Manager to ensure seamless patient care delivery.

  • Maintain readiness for audits, surveys, and regulatory reviews.

  • Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning, growth, and operational improvements.

  • Serve as the primary administrative authority for the agency.

Qualifications
  • Experience in home health administration or healthcare leadership required.

  • Strong understanding of Texas home‑health regulations, compliance standards, and documentation requirements.

  • Reliable transportation.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage workflows, support staff, and uphold quality and regulatory standards.
